1、武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)摘要連鑄鋼水必須具備穩(wěn)定而合適的溫度,不得過(guò)高或過(guò)低,鋼水溫度過(guò)高,會(huì)使連鑄坯柱狀晶體發(fā)達(dá),將促進(jìn)中心偏析、疏松和裂紋等的發(fā)展;鋼水溫度過(guò)低,會(huì)在鋼包或中間包結(jié)合凍結(jié),導(dǎo)致澆鑄中斷并惡化連鑄坯的表面質(zhì)量。一般來(lái)說(shuō),在整個(gè)澆鑄過(guò)程中鋼水溫度必須穩(wěn)定均勻,其波動(dòng)范圍應(yīng)小于20oC。為了保證連鑄過(guò)程的連續(xù)性和鋼坯的質(zhì)量,必須保證鋼水溫度不能過(guò)低以及鋼水的溫度變化不能過(guò)大,本設(shè)計(jì)就是按照這個(gè)目的展開(kāi)研究。經(jīng)對(duì)連鑄過(guò)程的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼水在鋼包中容易產(chǎn)生熱量流失,本設(shè)計(jì)采用給鋼包加蓋的方法減少鋼水熱量的流失。通過(guò)給鋼包
