1、19帶位移電反饋的二級電液比例節(jié)流閥設(shè)計摘要:電液比例技術(shù)發(fā)展迅猛,以其控制精度較高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本合理等優(yōu)點在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中獲得了越來越來廣泛的應(yīng)用,它的發(fā)展程度也可從一個側(cè)面反映一個國家液壓工業(yè)技術(shù)水平,因而日益受到各國工業(yè)界的重視。本設(shè)計的課題是電液比例閥中的一類——二級電液比例節(jié)流閥。在對該閥各部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、原理及性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了功率級為二通插裝閥,先導(dǎo)級為電液比例三通減壓溢流閥,通徑為32mm,最大流量為480L/min,進(jìn)油口額定工作壓力為31.5MPa,出油口額定工作壓力為30.5MPa的電液比例節(jié)流閥的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與參數(shù)設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞:電
