1、河南理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)說明書摘要水是生命之源,居民安全飲水問題是關(guān)系國計民生的重大問題。目前,在城市中都已采用水廠統(tǒng)一供水,而在廣大的農(nóng)村地區(qū)人口眾多,傳統(tǒng)上多采用個體家庭打水井供水方式。未來的發(fā)展趨勢是在廣大的農(nóng)村地區(qū)采用附近幾個村莊通過供水站統(tǒng)一供水的方式。目前已經(jīng)采用統(tǒng)一供水的地區(qū),大部分采用壓力罐和電接點壓力表來控制,壓力忽高忽低,泵的啟停相當(dāng)?shù)念l繁,易造成泵的損壞。加上壓力表的電接點接觸頻繁,會導(dǎo)致觸點的損壞,使泵不能運行或運行不止,這樣無疑會增加農(nóng)村供水的運行成本。隨著社會、科技的發(fā)展,對質(zhì)量、效率以及節(jié)
2、能的要求不斷提高。變頻調(diào)速恒壓供水系統(tǒng)通過采用變頻調(diào)速技術(shù),由可編程控制器件控制實現(xiàn)恒壓供水,是對傳統(tǒng)供水方式的較大改進。采用交流變頻調(diào)速技術(shù),使供水系統(tǒng)具有調(diào)速平滑性好、精度高、起動電流低、對系統(tǒng)及電網(wǎng)無沖擊和節(jié)電效果明顯等優(yōu)點。采用變頻器控制轉(zhuǎn)速的方法,使供水系統(tǒng)工作效率總是處于最佳狀態(tài),通過對變頻器的調(diào)節(jié)實現(xiàn)對水泵的加減速時間的調(diào)節(jié),使水泵平穩(wěn)啟停。變頻恒壓供水系統(tǒng)在廣大的農(nóng)村供水工程中有較廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。關(guān)鍵詞:變頻恒壓供水;三菱PLC;ABB變頻器;PID控制器IV河南理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)說明書ABSTRAC
