1、洛陽(yáng)理工學(xué)院(論文)WY6反鏟液壓挖掘機(jī)工作裝置設(shè)計(jì)摘要液壓挖掘機(jī)是土方和石方工程的主要施工機(jī)械,廣泛應(yīng)用于能源、交通、水利、城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)以及現(xiàn)代化軍事工程等領(lǐng)域的機(jī)械化施工。液壓挖掘機(jī)利用工作裝置進(jìn)行土方和石方挖掘,工作裝置的性能和可靠性是整機(jī)先進(jìn)性的重要標(biāo)志。本設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)液壓挖掘機(jī)的典型工況進(jìn)行了分析,根據(jù)液壓挖掘機(jī)的工作特點(diǎn),從幾何尺寸、動(dòng)力特性、結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等方面討論了液壓挖掘機(jī)工作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)要求,提出了液壓挖掘機(jī)工作裝置的設(shè)計(jì)原則。通過(guò)分析挖掘機(jī)工作裝置鉸點(diǎn)的失效機(jī)理,提出了鉸點(diǎn)銷(xiāo)軸和軸套最小
