1、雙工位感應(yīng)淬火機(jī)床控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要感應(yīng)熱處理具有高效、節(jié)能、便于自動(dòng)化等許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。50年代初,我國在機(jī)床制造及紡織機(jī)械工廠開始使用高頻及中頻電源進(jìn)行感應(yīng)淬火。30多年來,我國感應(yīng)熱處理技術(shù)有了很大發(fā)展,表現(xiàn)在感應(yīng)熱處理零件能夠成倍增長,電源設(shè)備、淬火機(jī)床、感應(yīng)器不斷改進(jìn),新工藝陸續(xù)用于生產(chǎn),感應(yīng)熱處理技術(shù)不斷得到提高,但從客觀角度來看,我國現(xiàn)有的熱處理技術(shù)仍需改進(jìn)。淬火機(jī)床的工作原理,利用PLC實(shí)現(xiàn)了感應(yīng)淬火機(jī)床專用數(shù)控系統(tǒng),并給出了系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)詳細(xì)介紹了位置控制、手動(dòng)操作、脈沖補(bǔ)償、參數(shù)設(shè)置與顯示、急停等程序設(shè)計(jì)。感應(yīng)熱處理是一種清潔熱處理方式,符合現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的3S標(biāo)
2、準(zhǔn)(Sure—可靠、Safe—安全、Saving—節(jié)約),在國內(nèi)外機(jī)械熱處理行業(yè)已廣泛應(yīng)用。由于感應(yīng)熱處理機(jī)床控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與金屬熱處理工藝密切相關(guān),傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)很難滿足需要,因此本設(shè)計(jì)主要是基于臺達(dá)PLC的雙工位感應(yīng)淬火機(jī)床控制系統(tǒng)。本文以感應(yīng)加熱原理為基礎(chǔ),主要介紹熱處理的發(fā)展及基本原理,硬件的選型與設(shè)計(jì),及HMI觸摸屏的程序設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:感應(yīng)熱處理,感應(yīng)淬火機(jī)床,臺達(dá)PLC,HMI觸摸屏,程序設(shè)計(jì)7DualinductionhardeningmachinecontrolsystemdesignABSTRACTInductionheattreatmenthastheadvant
