2、題研究+文獻(xiàn)綜述13/13---------------------------------------------------------------范文最新推薦------------------------------------------------------摘要：隨著城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的加快，城市越來越向邊緣擴(kuò)散。很多企業(yè)，房產(chǎn)商將工廠，商品房等建設(shè)到郊區(qū)。這就必然導(dǎo)致了征地活動，越來越頻繁的征地現(xiàn)象讓我們不得不關(guān)注那些失去土地的農(nóng)民——他們在失地后的生活，工作相比較以前有了什么變化。失地農(nóng)民的問題也已經(jīng)成為影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，
3、社會和諧穩(wěn)定的一個(gè)突出問題，是擺在各級黨委政府面前一個(gè)亟需解決的社會問題。如何安置失地農(nóng)民，如何保證農(nóng)民失去土地后的生活質(zhì)量，如何讓失地農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)換社會角色，從農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)變成“城里人”，這些都是值得探討和解決的問題。本采用文獻(xiàn)法，個(gè)案分析法，在認(rèn)識失地農(nóng)民現(xiàn)狀的情況下，結(jié)合理論基礎(chǔ)知識，問卷調(diào)查研究和數(shù)據(jù)分析，剖析近年來失地農(nóng)民再就業(yè)取得的成功和存在的不足，更加客觀理性地提出對解決失地農(nóng)民再就業(yè)問題的可行性的方法，探索解決問題的有效途徑，希望能為以后的失地農(nóng)民解決再就業(yè)問題出謀劃策。5800關(guān)鍵詞：失地農(nóng)民；再就業(yè)；就業(yè)途徑；政府職能There
