7、施工部署的合理性、管理的有效性和操作工人的技術熟練度都將影響工程進度和工程質量,所以我公司認為施工組織是本工程的第一大難點。在施工組織中我們將重點考慮人員配置(包括工人和管理人員),組織有同類工程施工經驗且工作能力強的管理人員項目班子。施工人員配備要精簡,勞動力組織和工序安排要合理,以避免出現“窩工”現象,避免出現由于場面大而引起的混亂現象。施工中將文明施工、現場環(huán)境保護、消防保衛(wèi)、綜合治理作為一項中心工作來抓,確保措施得力,落實到位。第三章施工組織3.1項目組織機構、配置及主要職責3.1.
