1、摘要從襯衫面料的市場與發(fā)展趨勢來看，不論在原料還是上機(jī)工藝設(shè)計(jì)與成品工藝設(shè)計(jì)上都存在著一定的缺陷。為了解決這一問題，本文就是根據(jù)襯衫面料的市場分析與發(fā)展趨勢，結(jié)合2012春夏的流行趨勢，進(jìn)而對襯衫面料組織并結(jié)合色彩進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)，并根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)工藝在小樣織機(jī)上試織。文中詳細(xì)的闡述了面料開發(fā)的全過程，包括流行面料風(fēng)格的分析，原料的選擇，上機(jī)工藝參數(shù)的計(jì)算，以及織物服用性能測試及分析。本設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是原料的選擇，織物組織的設(shè)計(jì)與色彩的搭配，從這三個(gè)著重點(diǎn)出發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)了三個(gè)主題的產(chǎn)品。分別是采用滌/粘，滌/麻和滌/天絲混紡竹節(jié)紗作為
