1、第V頁58MW強制循環(huán)熱水鏈條鍋爐設計摘要我國城市集中供熱事業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展。大容量熱水鍋爐是城市集中供熱的熱源，選擇大容量熱水鍋爐的原則應當是不僅保證在鍋爐水質(zhì)達標的情況下能夠保證水動力的安全，而且對于水質(zhì)稍差時也能保證鍋爐的安全運行。大型鏈條爐排熱水鍋爐的爐型主要有單(雙)鍋筒水管式熱水鍋爐、水火管鍋殼式熱水鍋爐和角管式熱水鍋爐三大系列，盡管這些爐型在運行中也都程度不同地出現(xiàn)過各種問題，但目前仍然是我國集中供熱鍋爐的主要爐型。本鍋爐為強制循環(huán)熱水鍋爐，用于集中供熱，熱水經(jīng)過中間換熱站換熱后向用戶供暖。文章概括敘述了本鍋爐的設計情況，包括鍋爐的熱
2、平衡，鍋爐本體的熱力計算、煙道阻力計算等,并以鏈條爐的大型化發(fā)展作為專題研究。隨著集中供熱事業(yè)的發(fā)展，更多的大型鏈條爐排熱水鍋爐將被用于集中供熱系統(tǒng)的主熱源或調(diào)峰熱源，如何選擇大型鏈條爐排熱水鍋爐的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和對鍋爐容量進行合理配置，對于供熱企業(yè)的節(jié)能安全運行及節(jié)能降耗具有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。關鍵詞:鏈條鍋爐；集中供熱；大型熱水鍋爐第V頁58MWforcedcirculationhotwaterchainboilerdesignAbstractChina'surbancentralheatinghasbeentherapiddevelopmentoft
