3、核1Artificialaudit 1.1原始記錄的審查1.1oftheoriginalrecordreviewhttp://www.tasysmm.comhttp://www.tahuayu.comhttp://www.shanguo0538.comhttp://www.jxynj.com 目前青海省的自動(dòng)站是由定時(shí)自動(dòng)觀測(cè)項(xiàng)目和定時(shí)人工觀測(cè)項(xiàng)目相結(jié)合的,所采集的人工觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)要人工錄入,才能形成一份完整的自動(dòng)站報(bào)表。在每月結(jié)束后,預(yù)審員首先要對(duì)人工觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的錄入進(jìn)行校對(duì)審核。要逐日檢查天氣現(xiàn)象與云狀、云量與云狀以及天氣現(xiàn)象與能見度之間是否有矛盾;
4、天氣現(xiàn)象的轉(zhuǎn)記是否符合規(guī)范的要求;對(duì)于蒸發(fā)量尤其要注意在有影響蒸發(fā)量的日子,特別是有大的降水天氣時(shí)更要檢查蒸發(fā)量的處理是否正確;冬季要注意雪深雪壓的觀測(cè)是否正確等。自動(dòng)觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)是否有異常情況出現(xiàn)以及異常記錄的處理是否符合要求,這些問題都要在機(jī)器預(yù)審前先由人工預(yù)審一遍。在云的檢查中,還要注意日照和云的合理配合。AtpresenttheautomaticstationofQinghaiprovinceiscomposedofatimingautomaticobservationandtimedartificialobservationitemcombina
