2、vel,accordingtothe"InternationalInstituteofinternalauditorsoncertifiedinternalauditorfollowingeducationregulations",theenactmentofthisapproach.Theterm"CIA"asmentionedinthesecondMeasuresreferstothosewhoholdinternationalcertifiedinternalauditorcredentialsinmainlandchina.ThethirdCIAshallprompt
3、lyupdatetheinternalauditstandards,proceduresandtechnicalmethodsandotheraspectsofknowledgeandskills,anddeclarethefollow-upeducationaccordingtotheregulations.FourthChinaAssociationofinternalauditandtheprovinces,autonomousregionsandmunicipalitiesdirectlyundertheinternalaudit(Division)Associati
4、on(hereinafterreferredtoastheProvincialAssociationofinternalaudit)isresponsibleforCIAfollow-upeducationorganizationandimplementation.ThesecondchapterregistrationsystemFifthCIAfollow-upeducation,theannualregistrationsystem,every12monthsforacycle.LastDecember1sttoNovember30thofthatyearwasareg
5、istrationcycle,andthefollow-upeducationreportedintheyearDecember1sttoDecember31stwasincludedinthenextregistrationcycle.Sixth,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheInternationalAssociationofinternalauditors,CIAannualregistration,theannualfeerequiredtopay.Forannualinspectionfee,seetheannualinspec
6、tionfeenoticeissuedbyInternalAuditAssociationofchina.Seventhtypesoffollow-upeducationregistrationaredividedintothreetypes:CIA,nonemployment,CIAandretirement.Theclassesrequiredforeachregistrationtypeare:(1)employingCIA,40hoursperyear;(two)nonemployedCIA,20hoursperyear;(three)retirement,0hour
7、speryear.Thenumberofhoursbeyondthelastregistrationperiodshallnotbecountedintothenextregistrationcycle.Eighthrightsofeachregistrationtype:(1)employingCIA,mayusetheCIAtitleandengageininternalauditworkinthenameofCIA;(two)nonemployedCIAmayusetheCIAtitleandsh
