1、吉林建筑大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)半主動(dòng)懸架的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)摘要伴隨著電控技術(shù)產(chǎn)生的半主動(dòng)懸架,它通過(guò)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷優(yōu)化在兩種性能之間找到一個(gè)最佳的平衡點(diǎn)。本文以某轎車(chē)的前麥弗遜懸架系統(tǒng)為參考對(duì)象,運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí)對(duì)其零部件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和校核,以CATIA軟件為平臺(tái)簡(jiǎn)歷三維模型,并在一定的基礎(chǔ)上生成數(shù)學(xué)和物理模型,應(yīng)用ADAMS仿真軟件對(duì)麥弗遜懸架模型進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真分析,分析了麥弗遜懸架車(chē)輪定位參數(shù)隨車(chē)輪上下跳動(dòng)過(guò)程的變化特性,找出懸架中存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)一步分析了懸架結(jié)構(gòu)中某些關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的改進(jìn)對(duì)車(chē)輪定位參數(shù)的影響,在以上
