1、成都理工大學(xué)工程技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文高效音頻功率放大器設(shè)計(jì)作者姓名:專業(yè)名稱:指導(dǎo)教師:講師高效音頻功率放大器設(shè)計(jì)摘要在音頻功率放大器的市場(chǎng)上,AB類一直處于統(tǒng)治地位。近年來(lái),隨著MP3、DVD和移動(dòng)電話等便攜式消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品的普及,D類音頻功率放大器以高效率、低功耗、小體積的優(yōu)點(diǎn)日益成為音響領(lǐng)域的主流,在未來(lái)便攜式和大功率音頻視頻領(lǐng)域中將具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景,因此對(duì)高效音頻功率放大器的設(shè)計(jì)具有十分重要的意義。本設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)D類功放的工作原理設(shè)計(jì)的D類音頻功率放大器,能對(duì)音頻信號(hào)進(jìn)行放大,放大器的通頻帶達(dá)到300~3400HZ,輸出功率1W,輸出信號(hào)無(wú)明顯失真。
2、根據(jù)D類功放的原理分別設(shè)計(jì)了前置放大模塊、三角波產(chǎn)生模塊、比較器模塊、驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊、H橋互補(bǔ)對(duì)稱輸出及低通濾波模塊等。其中三角波產(chǎn)生器及比較器共同組成脈寬調(diào)制(PWM)模塊,H橋互補(bǔ)對(duì)稱輸出電路采用驅(qū)動(dòng)電流小、低導(dǎo)通電阻及良好開(kāi)關(guān)特性的VMOSFET管,濾波器采用兩個(gè)相同的四階Butterworth低通濾波器。學(xué)習(xí)音頻放大器的設(shè)計(jì),以及開(kāi)發(fā)思路和方法,能夠更好的學(xué)習(xí)放大器的電路設(shè)計(jì)原理及其方法,為以后正式步入設(shè)計(jì)崗位奠定基礎(chǔ),一次本次設(shè)計(jì)不僅僅具有實(shí)用價(jià)值,而且更重要的是在能力提升和經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累的內(nèi)在意義。關(guān)鍵詞:音頻放大器高效電路PWM-IV-高效音頻功率
