1、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)作與管理摘要美國(guó)將高新技術(shù)作為拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要方式，日本提出了技術(shù)立國(guó)，歐盟將推進(jìn)高新科技產(chǎn)業(yè)化作為經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的大方向。而風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資就是專指初始狀態(tài)下的高新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的投資，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和高回報(bào)率大于銀行投資跟傳統(tǒng)證券市場(chǎng)的投融資制度，經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展，中國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展，顯現(xiàn)出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資對(duì)高新科技產(chǎn)業(yè)化、科研成果商品化、科技企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展的巨大作用。但是國(guó)內(nèi)多家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司的失利甚至倒閉也體現(xiàn)了我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資產(chǎn)業(yè)還存在著一些問題，我們要發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、解決問題，從而使我國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資企業(yè)更好的發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的價(jià)值。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資在我國(guó)越來(lái)越受到政府、

2、企業(yè)、人民的重視。有鑒于此，我選擇了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資作為我的結(jié)業(yè)論文，本文共分為六章，第一章緒論介紹了本文選題目的與意義，以及國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資研究，第二章風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概述，簡(jiǎn)述了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的發(fā)展流程和基本概念，第三章風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資要規(guī)避的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資過程中的導(dǎo)致投資失敗的常見重要的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，第四章風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資應(yīng)該合理項(xiàng)目評(píng)估介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資過程最重要的項(xiàng)目評(píng)估要注意的問題，第五章風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本的退出，簡(jiǎn)述了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本應(yīng)該合理退出，保證收益。第六章案例分析聯(lián)系前五章總結(jié)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)富投資的重要性。關(guān)鍵詞:風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資;高新技術(shù)企業(yè);公司管理;投資運(yùn)作VentureCapitalOperationandManagementUnitedS
