1、礦用重載車輛電子差速系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要:為了降低能源消耗與減小環(huán)境污染,新能源電車已成為未來(lái)車輛行業(yè)發(fā)展的主要趨勢(shì)。國(guó)、內(nèi)外各大汽車生產(chǎn)廠商與科研院所紛紛投入大量的人力、物力、財(cái)力來(lái)研究、制造電車及其相關(guān)的零部件。目前輪轂電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)式電車以其簡(jiǎn)單的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),較高的驅(qū)動(dòng)效率,低廉的成本等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)已成為研究的熱點(diǎn)。但輪轂電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)式電車不能采用傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械差速器,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛的順利轉(zhuǎn)彎。而電子差速器則可以解決這一問(wèn)題。同時(shí),文章完成了電子差速系統(tǒng)硬件電路的設(shè)計(jì)、軟件的設(shè)計(jì)、CAN通訊協(xié)議的設(shè)計(jì)。最后利用MATLAB/Simuli
2、nk仿真軟件,模擬仿真分析。通過(guò)仿真表明,電子差速控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)合理,差速效果良好。電子差速器的設(shè)計(jì),解決了輪轂電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)式礦用重載車輛的轉(zhuǎn)向問(wèn)題。相比于傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械差速器,電子差速器避免了復(fù)雜的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),大大簡(jiǎn)化了電車的底盤空間。另外,相比于其它的電子差速器,此電子差速器避免考慮路面及轉(zhuǎn)向角度的問(wèn)題,簡(jiǎn)化了控制計(jì)算方法,提高了控制系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,使車輛具有更佳的轉(zhuǎn)彎性能和控制響應(yīng)。關(guān)鍵詞:礦用重載車輛;輪轂電機(jī);自適應(yīng);電子差速VDesignofelectronicdifferentialspeedsystemfor
