1、摘要這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)我所做的是十礦新井設(shè)計(jì)。它包括井田地質(zhì)、開拓、開采、運(yùn)輸、提升、通風(fēng)、排水以及其它幾個(gè)方面。十礦新井設(shè)計(jì)主要包括以下幾部分:1.井田概述。礦井的地質(zhì)、地理位置、煤層等基本情況的概述。2.井田開拓。礦井井田內(nèi)的可采儲(chǔ)量,礦井生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限的確定。以及水平的劃分,井筒位置的確定,經(jīng)濟(jì)比較部分,采區(qū)的劃分,井底車場(chǎng)線路計(jì)算,硐室布置等部分。3.采區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)及開采方法。主要介紹采區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)、開采的技術(shù)和技巧、采區(qū)巷道布置及回采系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成以及采區(qū)各峒室的布置和采區(qū)的工作制度。4.礦井生產(chǎn)中的提
2、升、運(yùn)輸、通風(fēng)、排水方式的確定及其所用設(shè)備額選型計(jì)算與相關(guān)的硐室布置等。為了實(shí)踐并且把這四年所學(xué)的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化成為真正的成果,針對(duì)十礦的實(shí)際情況我提出了多種開采方案和設(shè)想。例如,長(zhǎng)壁工作面采煤法在開采緩傾斜煤層的過程中,在老頂周期性跨落和其它因素的影響下,采用沿空掘巷的方式進(jìn)行回采、掘進(jìn)和維護(hù)。另外,本設(shè)計(jì)是我的一個(gè)初步淺顯的設(shè)計(jì),在設(shè)計(jì)中引用方法也一定存在問題,請(qǐng)各位老師批評(píng)指正。并且本設(shè)計(jì)采用AutoCAD2007輔助設(shè)計(jì),減少了繪圖的困難并且增加了圖紙的可讀性。真心感謝李新旺老師在設(shè)計(jì)中給予我的
