1、連續(xù)油管論文:預彎曲連續(xù)油管及其疲勞壽命預測【中文摘要】目前,全世界連續(xù)油管裝備與技術正大量投入到油氣田現(xiàn)場應用。連續(xù)油管設備以其占地面積小、作業(yè)成本低、搬遷安裝方便和保護油層等諸多優(yōu)勢而被譽為“萬能作業(yè)”設備。然而,由于連續(xù)油管在作業(yè)過程中要承受彎曲、拉伸以及內壓等應力的共同作用,極易發(fā)生疲勞斷裂,工作壽命短,作業(yè)成本高,從而使其推廣應用受到了很大限制。因此,研究提高和預測連續(xù)油管使用壽命的新技術對于石油工業(yè)具有重要的經濟價值和指導意義。本文介紹了連續(xù)油管的發(fā)展歷程、裝備與技術;提出了預彎曲連續(xù)油管技術,該技術通過將連續(xù)油管制造成彎曲形狀改善連續(xù)油管所受的彎曲應力,來提高連續(xù)油管的
2、疲勞壽命;建立了從滾筒到注入頭的預彎曲連續(xù)油管的力學分析與強度校核的新型數(shù)學模型;分析了現(xiàn)場作業(yè)過程中預彎曲連續(xù)油管應力循環(huán)特征;在對稱循環(huán)和脈動循環(huán)下的疲勞實驗數(shù)據(jù)的基礎上,應用擬合法和插值法建立了任意循環(huán)下從滾筒到注入頭的預彎曲連續(xù)油管的疲勞壽命預測模型;應用該模型簡單預測了預彎曲連續(xù)油管和直連續(xù)油管的疲勞壽命。通過對比兩種連續(xù)油管的預測壽命可得:在純彎曲條件下,預彎曲連續(xù)油管的疲勞壽命是直連續(xù)油管疲勞壽命的2倍以上;預彎曲連續(xù)油管技術可成倍提高連續(xù)油管的疲勞壽命?!居⑽恼緾urrently,alargenumberofcoiledtubingunitsandtechnolo
