2、向器采用了循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器。循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器具有工作效率較高、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、傳動(dòng)比可變、工作可靠、齒條和齒扇之間的間隙調(diào)整工作容易進(jìn)行的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文從轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的類(lèi)型及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀上進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器進(jìn)行研究。了解轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)組成部分及其工作原理,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法收集資料,整理文獻(xiàn)和所學(xué)知識(shí)的積累,經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查實(shí)地測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),初步制定出轉(zhuǎn)向系設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后對(duì)循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器的尺寸參數(shù)及性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行選擇,初步確定循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器的尺寸;其次為了滿(mǎn)足工作強(qiáng)度的和使用經(jīng)濟(jì)性的需要,對(duì)主要的構(gòu)件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核,確定循環(huán)球式轉(zhuǎn)向器的尺寸。最后再對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)以及轉(zhuǎn)向操縱
