1、總則GeneralProvisions概況General寶山鋼鐵股份公司寶鋼分公司鋼管廠擬建設(shè)特殊扣油套管生產(chǎn)廠。專(zhuān)門(mén)用于特殊扣油套管的生產(chǎn)，該廠年產(chǎn)量為6萬(wàn)噸。BaoshanIron&SteelCo.,Ltd.BaosteelBranchSteelTubePlantintendstobuildapremiumjointoilcasingandtubinglinewithanannualoutputof60,000tdedicatedtotheproductionofpremiumjointoilcasingaandtubing.由一條管體生產(chǎn)線和多臺(tái)管接箍車(chē)絲機(jī)

6、所規(guī)定設(shè)備的資格和能力，對(duì)設(shè)備的加工能力、質(zhì)量、使用性能、供貨的完整性、安裝指導(dǎo)及調(diào)試負(fù)責(zé)外，任何在光譜分鋼儀上的有益改進(jìn)，并且經(jīng)實(shí)踐證明是實(shí)用的、有效的，將有利于中標(biāo)。Thebiddershallhavethequalificationandcapabilitytodesignandmanufacturetheequipmentspecifiedinthebiddingdocument,andberesponsiblefortheprocessingcapacity,quality,performance,supplycompleteness,installat
