2、雙丙烯酰胺為交聯(lián)劑,乙醇為溶劑制備了木犀草素-Zn(II)配位印跡聚合物,并將此聚合物與固相萃取相結(jié)合,分離了醇水體系中的箬葉黃酮碳苷。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)n(模板分子)﹕n(功能單體)﹕n(交聯(lián)劑)=1:5:30時(shí),配位印跡聚合物具有最好的吸附性能,對(duì)醇相中木犀草素的吸附容量可達(dá)103.40mg/g,是未配位印跡聚合物吸附容量(60.61mg/g)的1.71倍,空白印跡聚合物(7.33mg/g)的13.7514.11倍。采用木犀草素-Zn(II)配位印跡聚合物分離醇水相中箬葉黃酮碳苷,經(jīng)一次分離后,葒
