1、鋼管桁架相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的相控陣檢測(cè)方法研究摘要:鋼管桁架是用鋼管在其端部焊接而成的格子式結(jié)構(gòu),各桿件之間以相貫線型式相交,主管與支管的連接方式可呈K、T、Y相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)形式。鋼管桁架結(jié)構(gòu)截面具有良好的抗壓和抗彎性能,構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單,且不用節(jié)點(diǎn)板.因?yàn)樗哂型庑蝺?yōu)美、結(jié)構(gòu)輕、穩(wěn)定性好、剛度大等特點(diǎn),以及其獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用性能,鋼管桁架可適用于不同形式的結(jié)構(gòu)建筑.目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于吊車梁、屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)、體育場(chǎng)館、會(huì)展中心、塔架等大型建筑設(shè)施中。所以對(duì)其節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造的焊接,以及焊接工藝和無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)都有特殊的要求。超聲波相控陣檢測(cè)技術(shù)是一
