1、直冷電冰箱制冷循環(huán)分析*段煥林陳愛(ài)東苗翠平(河南紡織高等??茖W(xué)校鄭州450007)張鳳林(河南新飛電器有限公司新鄉(xiāng)453000)摘要:分析了直冷電冰箱單路、雙路、多路循環(huán)及雙機(jī)、雙級(jí)制冷循環(huán),進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)匹配性、市場(chǎng)占有率、成本及其cop值比較。針對(duì)雙路循環(huán)存在的瀕繁開(kāi)停機(jī)現(xiàn)象,提出了完善控制方式及采用雙穩(wěn)態(tài)電磁閥的變溫技術(shù)。變溫室蒸發(fā)器與冷凍室蒸發(fā)器串聯(lián),其前串聯(lián)雙穩(wěn)態(tài)電磁閥2,并在變溫室蒸發(fā)器上并聯(lián)雙穩(wěn)態(tài)電磁閥1,據(jù)變溫室溫度設(shè)定改變雙穩(wěn)態(tài)電磁閥通斷實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)循環(huán)支路交替制冷。冷藏室溫度控制壓縮機(jī)啟停,變溫室溫度僅控制雙穩(wěn)態(tài)電磁閥通斷,實(shí)現(xiàn)切換制冷劑流向目的。應(yīng)用該
