1、云南迪慶州小中甸水利樞紐工程液壓?jiǎn)㈤]機(jī)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及仿真摘要專業(yè)碩士相關(guān)論文課題必須緊密結(jié)合實(shí)踐,本課題項(xiàng)目來源于邵陽維克液壓股份有限公司的項(xiàng)目:云南省迪慶州小中甸水利樞紐工程液壓?jiǎn)㈤]機(jī)系統(tǒng)。本論文首先研究分析啟閉機(jī)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及現(xiàn)存主要問題,按照小中甸水利樞紐工程液壓?jiǎn)㈤]機(jī)所處的地理位置及液壓?jiǎn)㈤]機(jī)運(yùn)行的功能特點(diǎn),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程應(yīng)用的要求及液壓?jiǎn)㈤]機(jī)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原理,計(jì)算設(shè)計(jì)出了液壓系統(tǒng)所需的參數(shù),選取了合適的元件,畫出了液壓系統(tǒng)的原理圖:該系統(tǒng)的同步回路采用的方案是調(diào)速閥實(shí)現(xiàn)同步控制的基礎(chǔ)上,輔以旁路集中控制放油式開環(huán)型糾
2、偏來實(shí)現(xiàn)同步。本課題根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)出來的小中甸水利樞紐工程液壓?jiǎn)㈤]機(jī)系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了AMEsim的建模仿真,通過仿真雙缸的位移、流量及速度曲線,比較每一項(xiàng)的偏差。分析其同步性能。接著提出一種優(yōu)化方案:將輔以旁路集中控制放油式開環(huán)型糾偏改成調(diào)速閥實(shí)現(xiàn)同步控制的基礎(chǔ)上,并聯(lián)一電液比例閥實(shí)現(xiàn)同步控制。并再次建模及通過仿真,比較二次仿真的位移、流量及速度等曲線,得到了優(yōu)化方案確實(shí)達(dá)到了改善同步性性能效果的結(jié)論。最后,在AMEsim中仿真其啟閉過程中的上述曲線,查看仿真結(jié)果,分析整個(gè)啟閉循環(huán)工作過程中的同步性。關(guān)鍵字:液壓?jiǎn)㈤]機(jī);系統(tǒng)設(shè)
