1、安徽建筑工業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)專業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化班級(jí)06城建機(jī)械2班學(xué)生姓名龍五學(xué)號(hào)06290070222課題節(jié)流閥內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬分析指導(dǎo)教師黃磊2010年5月28日摘要單向節(jié)流閥是流體傳動(dòng)與控制技術(shù)中重要的基礎(chǔ)元件,節(jié)流閥內(nèi)部的流場(chǎng)特性直接影響節(jié)流閥的性能。本文結(jié)合計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)CFD(ComputationalFluidDynamics)軟件FLUENT對(duì)節(jié)流閥的內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬與分析計(jì)算。本文按照實(shí)際使用中的節(jié)流閥的參數(shù),采用SolidWorks軟件,建立了閥的三維幾何模型。運(yùn)用FLUENT前處理軟件GAMBIT了網(wǎng)格的劃分。在FLUENT軟件中對(duì)兩種模型的
2、流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)態(tài)數(shù)值模擬。在主閥閥芯的性狀不同、邊界條件相同和節(jié)流口開口寬度不同、邊界條件相同時(shí)對(duì)流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行模擬,找出影響閥芯壓力和速度分布的因素。在對(duì)主閥口進(jìn)行模擬時(shí),分別對(duì)比不同開口寬度時(shí)的沿程壓力分布情況,進(jìn)而選擇出最適合此處的主閥閥芯性狀和開口寬度。對(duì)阻尼小孔進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬時(shí),重點(diǎn)考慮節(jié)流閥開口處兩端的壓力差,找到兩端壓力差小的阻尼孔直徑數(shù)值。關(guān)鍵詞:單向節(jié)流閥,內(nèi)部流場(chǎng),數(shù)值模擬ABSTRACTUnidirectionalThrottleValveisafluidtransmissionandcontroltechnologybasedonthemostimportantcom
