1、SBR耐老化性能的研究摘要:本論文是研究硫化體系、防護體系、增塑體系和補強體系對SBR耐老化性能的影響。通過改變硫化劑的用量,防老劑的品種及防老劑并用,增塑劑和補強劑的用量;來研究SBR的力學(xué)性能以及老化后的力學(xué)性能保持率。通過實驗分析發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)硫黃為1.5份時,SBR膠料的力學(xué)性能和老化后的力學(xué)性能的保持率均較好;防老劑RD和防老劑A并用時會出現(xiàn)協(xié)同效應(yīng),有利于丁苯橡膠老化的防護;炭黑N330為50份及機油3份時,SBR膠料老化后的力學(xué)性能保持率相對較好。關(guān)鍵詞:丁苯橡膠;耐老化性能;防護體系24Anti-agingp
