2、和x射線衍射分析(XRD)等手段研究了Zr02對(duì)BAS系微晶玻璃中六方鋇長(zhǎng)石析晶和六方鋇長(zhǎng)石向單斜鋇長(zhǎng)石晶型轉(zhuǎn)變的影響.研究表明,兩組BAS系玻璃的燒結(jié)溫度低于850。C,晶化溫度低于900。C.六方鋇長(zhǎng)石的析出為整體析晶.不加形核劑晶型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檎w析晶;添加ZrO。晶型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楸砻嫖鼍В岣撸拢岷炕蛱砑樱冢颍埃泊龠M(jìn)六方鋇長(zhǎng)石的析出和晶粒細(xì)化.化學(xué)計(jì)量比的BAS系微晶玻璃中添加ZrO。明顯促進(jìn)晶型轉(zhuǎn)變.高Ba含量的BAS系微晶玻璃中添加Zr02表現(xiàn)為抑制晶型轉(zhuǎn)變,8500C保溫100h不發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變.關(guān)鍵詞:微晶玻璃;鋇長(zhǎng)石;低溫?zé)Y(jié);析晶;晶型轉(zhuǎn)變文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):
