1、東海浮游翼足類(pteropods)種類組成和多樣性研究生物多樣性2005,13(2):168—173BiodiversityScience?研究簡報●東海浮游翼足類(pteropods)種類組成和多樣性研究徐兆禮(農(nóng)業(yè)部海洋與河口漁業(yè)重點開放實驗室,中國水產(chǎn)科學(xué)研究院東海水產(chǎn)研究所,上海200090)摘要:根據(jù)1997—2000年東海23.30一33.00N,118.30一128.00E海域四季調(diào)查資料,運用定量,定性方法探討了東海浮游翼足類種類組成,種類數(shù),物種多樣性指數(shù)(H)及其與環(huán)境因子的關(guān)系.結(jié)果表明:四季中共出現(xiàn)翼足類21種,其中尖筆帽螺(Creseisacicu
2、la),馬蹄搋螺(Limacinatrochiformis),強(qiáng)卷螺(Agadinasyimpsoni),蝴蝶螺(Desmopterta~papilio),錐筆帽螺(C.virgulavar.comica),棒筆帽螺(C.~la1)a),玻杯螺(Hyalocylizstriata),長吻龜螺(Cavolinialongirostris),芽筆帽螺(Creseisvirgula)和擬海若螺(Paraclionelongicaudata)等l0種為常見種,胖搋螺(Limacinainflata)和皮鰓螺(Pneumodermaatlanticum)等兩種為次常見種,其余9種是稀有
3、種.在春季轉(zhuǎn)至夏季,冬季轉(zhuǎn)至春季時,種類組成出現(xiàn)明顯的季節(jié)更替現(xiàn)象;冬春季種類分布僅受溫度變化的影響,而夏秋季則受溫度和10nl層或底層鹽度變化的共同影響.在冬春季,東海近海由于暖流勢力較弱,水溫較低,翼足類種數(shù)較少,種類數(shù)和多樣性指數(shù)南部大于北部,外海大于近海;從夏季到秋季隨著臺灣暖流勢力的加強(qiáng),海流將較多的種類帶到東海北部和近海,盡管近海種數(shù)和多樣性指數(shù)值仍呈南高北低的特征,但南部和北部,近海和外海的差距明顯縮小.關(guān)鍵詞:浮游動物,常見種,季節(jié)交替,東海SpeciescompositionanddiversityofpteropodsintheEastChinaSeaZh
