1、成績(jī)課程設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告設(shè)計(jì)題目雙容水箱液位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)課程名稱(chēng)工控系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控程序設(shè)計(jì)《工控系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控程序設(shè)計(jì)》課程設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告雙容水箱液位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)摘要本課程設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用工業(yè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài)軟件(MCGS),結(jié)合一個(gè)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),完成該控制系統(tǒng)的上位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)。使學(xué)生掌握監(jiān)控軟件的設(shè)計(jì)和編程方法,得到計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)程序設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)試,以及編寫(xiě)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)文件的初步訓(xùn)練。為從事計(jì)算機(jī)控制方面的工作打下一定基礎(chǔ)。本課程設(shè)計(jì)要求運(yùn)用工業(yè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài)軟件(MCGS),結(jié)合一個(gè)雙容水箱液位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),完成該控制系統(tǒng)的上位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)。主界面中有二個(gè)儲(chǔ)藏
2、罐,它們?cè)诒驹O(shè)計(jì)中只是作為容器。在主界面中還有二個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)閥和一個(gè)水泵,二個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)閥門(mén)分別是控制兩水罐液位和用戶(hù)用水,水泵控制水罐1液位。當(dāng)我們啟動(dòng)系統(tǒng)后進(jìn)入主界面我們首先在手動(dòng)狀態(tài)下按動(dòng)啟動(dòng)按鈕,然后水罐1和水罐2中的水位能根據(jù)“水泵”和“出水閥”的開(kāi)閉狀況自動(dòng)合理變化,待系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定后,手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)出水閥,系統(tǒng)再次自動(dòng)合理變化。期間畫(huà)面也能顯示出水罐1和水罐2液位變化的數(shù)值,并且管道也能模擬液體的流動(dòng)。并且在主界面中也能直接觀(guān)察實(shí)時(shí)曲線(xiàn),查看系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定情況。當(dāng)我們要觀(guān)察歷史數(shù)據(jù)、歷史曲線(xiàn)和報(bào)警信息時(shí),只需點(diǎn)擊窗口左上方對(duì)應(yīng)窗口即可。若要
