2、壓電泵內(nèi)部流場進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)模擬,得到不同時(shí)期壓電泵內(nèi)部的壓力,速度及瞬時(shí)流量等動(dòng)態(tài)特征,將雙晶片壓電振子的動(dòng)態(tài)特征和流體的運(yùn)動(dòng)特征有機(jī)地結(jié)合在一起,結(jié)果與壓電泵的工作原理相吻合,驗(yàn)證了動(dòng)網(wǎng)格模型應(yīng)用于壓電泵數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算的可行性.通過大量的數(shù)值模擬研究了驅(qū)動(dòng)頻率,壓電振子振幅,泵腔高度和V形管位置對單振子雙腔體V形管無閥壓電泵輸出性能的影響.模擬結(jié)果表明:驅(qū)動(dòng)頻率為250Hz時(shí)單振子雙腔體V形管無閥壓電泵的出口流量最大;壓電振子振幅越大,出l=r流量越大;合理選擇一組振幅值,泵腔高度和管道位置,便可得到壓電泵的最優(yōu)輸出性能.關(guān)鍵詞:壓電泵;流場;輸出性能;數(shù)值模擬;
