2、明,金屬泡沫的斷裂為脆性斷裂,在裂紋尖端附近,孔壁最薄弱的區(qū)域最容易發(fā)生變形,隨著進(jìn)一步加載,一些孔壁發(fā)生斷裂,微裂紋在斷裂尖端附近出現(xiàn)。隨著載荷的增加,主裂紋在缺口根部形成,或由微裂紋合并而成,并開(kāi)始在多孔結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)傳播。裂紋沿著結(jié)構(gòu)的最薄弱處傳播,并產(chǎn)生次生裂紋和裂紋橋。裂紋總的擴(kuò)展方式還是I型斷裂。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)P-V曲線(xiàn)特點(diǎn),取最大載荷點(diǎn)對(duì)應(yīng)的力與位移求解出鋁泡沫的裂紋尖端臨界張開(kāi)位移(CTOD)的平均值為0.051mm。關(guān)鍵詞:金屬泡沫;斷裂韌性;三點(diǎn)彎曲;裂紋尖端張開(kāi)位移(CTOD)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):V252 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):Exp
