1、健肺膠囊治療慢性阻塞性肺疾病穩(wěn)定期療效觀(guān)察作者：郭文新張鳳宇閻國(guó)良【摘要】 目的觀(guān)察健肺膠囊對(duì)慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）穩(wěn)定期的臨床療效、中醫(yī)證候積分及6min步行距離的影響。方法將100例COPD穩(wěn)定期患者隨機(jī)分為2組，對(duì)照組50例予氧療、身體鍛煉、口服茶堿制劑及沐舒坦、吸入長(zhǎng)效β2受體激動(dòng)劑等西醫(yī)常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)治療，治療組50例在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加用自擬健肺膠囊，每次2～3粒，每日3次口服。2組均14日為1個(gè)療程，治療2個(gè)療程。觀(guān)察2組治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分及6min步行距離，并判定臨床療效。結(jié)果①臨床療效：治療組總有效率96％，對(duì)照組總有效率84％，治療組
