1、不同炮制方法對(duì)延胡索中有效成分含量的影響作者:曹柳,竇志英,王萍,田永亮【摘要】目的比較不同炮制方法對(duì)延胡索中3種有效成分含量的影響。方法將鮮延胡索、水煮延胡索和市售的延胡索藥材分別經(jīng)醋煮、醋炙和酒炙后,分別采用水超聲法和甲醇熱回流法進(jìn)行提取,采用反相高效液相色譜法測(cè)定3種有效成分的含量。色譜柱為AgilentTC-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(三乙胺調(diào)pH5.3)為28∶72,流速:1mL/min,柱溫:35℃,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng):280nm。結(jié)果延胡索經(jīng)炮制后水提液中生物堿含量
2、均有所提高,醇提液中生物堿含量也有上升的趨勢(shì);延胡索鮮品直接經(jīng)醋炙、醋煮、酒炙處理后,去氫紫堇堿含量較高,延胡索在產(chǎn)地水煮后延胡索乙素含量較高。結(jié)論本研究建立了同時(shí)檢測(cè)延胡索中3種有效成分的檢測(cè)方法,該方法簡(jiǎn)便、可靠、重復(fù)性好。根據(jù)臨床需要,延胡索炮制工藝可采用鮮品水煮后再炮制或產(chǎn)地加工和炮制一體化的兩種操作方式?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】延胡索;原阿片堿;去氫紫堇堿;延胡索乙素;高效液相色譜法;炮制Abstract:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectofdifferentprocessesontheconte
