1、燃貧煤120噸小時(shí)電站鍋爐及主要部件設(shè)計(jì)哈爾濱理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文學(xué)士學(xué)位論文燃貧煤120噸/小時(shí)電站鍋爐及主要部件設(shè)計(jì)摘要電站鍋爐是利用燃料燃燒釋放的熱能加熱給水,以獲取規(guī)定參數(shù)(溫度、壓力)和品質(zhì)的蒸汽的設(shè)備。我國(guó)電力工業(yè)是規(guī)模巨大、發(fā)展迅速的先行工業(yè),已居世界前列。本次設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)給定的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書,參考相關(guān)資料,結(jié)合工程實(shí)際情況,在分析鍋爐的基本構(gòu)造、工作過(guò)程及基本特性的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)燃貧煤120t/h電站鍋爐進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。鍋爐主體采用最典型的Π型布置方式,燃燒方式采用四角切圓燃燒。爐膛出口布置凝渣管,水平煙道布置兩級(jí)過(guò)熱器,垂直下行煙道交錯(cuò)布置兩級(jí)省煤器和兩級(jí)空氣預(yù)熱器。另外本設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行
2、了爐膛設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、鍋爐各對(duì)流受熱面的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、氣包與聯(lián)箱的強(qiáng)度校核計(jì)算、煙風(fēng)阻力計(jì)算。在熱力計(jì)算中,利用相似原理,采用逐次逼近法,進(jìn)行迭代計(jì)算,確定爐體及相關(guān)部件的尺寸。并用Excel編制了煤粉鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算表,輸入對(duì)應(yīng)參數(shù)后可自動(dòng)計(jì)算并輸出結(jié)果,適用于總體布置相似的所有煤粉鍋爐。鍋爐的設(shè)計(jì)效率為90.578%,爐膛橫截面積為38.117m2,爐膛容積為600.377m3。從計(jì)算結(jié)果得知,該鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)合理,效率較高,可供工程實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)參考,若能工程實(shí)施,將能帶來(lái)較好的社會(huì)效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文包括設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書及計(jì)算書一份、鍋爐系統(tǒng)總圖一張、鍋爐水管系統(tǒng)圖一張、鍋筒圖一張、集箱零件圖一張。

7、nmethodwithiterativecomputingareusedinheatingcalculation.AndthechartwasconstitutedfordesigningpulverizedcoalboilerwithExcelsoftware.Afterinputtingcorrespondenceparameter,itwasabletocomputeandoutputresultautomatically.Thechar
