2、新的改變，對自己公司的發(fā)展有所影響，給企業(yè)帶來許多便捷。當(dāng)前，世界范圍內(nèi)員工管理系統(tǒng)越來越多。與此同時，我國的員工管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的起步相對于其他國家來說比較晚，在數(shù)量規(guī)模上也處于少的狀態(tài)。當(dāng)前，我國的員工管理系統(tǒng)可以借鑒國外的發(fā)展成就，并且在此基礎(chǔ)上有發(fā)展的潛力，根據(jù)我國的實(shí)際情況，發(fā)展員工管理系統(tǒng)勢在必行。本論文的出發(fā)點(diǎn)是現(xiàn)今大多數(shù)企業(yè)管理員工程序過于繁瑣，耗時耗力，經(jīng)過不斷的調(diào)查，開發(fā)出一個操作簡單，功能強(qiáng)大的員工管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的前端開發(fā)的工具是Dreamweaver，后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫是選用了Mysql數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件，采用了MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式。關(guān)鍵詞：管理體系；員工管理系統(tǒng)；MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式3
