1、γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶測(cè)定試劑盒【摘要】目的探討肝硬化患者γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶（GGT）、膽堿酯酶(CHE)、總膽汁酸(TBA)水平及凝血功能的變化在Child-Pugh分級(jí)中的價(jià)值。方法測(cè)定40例肝硬化患者血清GGT、CHE、TBA及血漿中凝血酶原時(shí)間（PT）、激活部分凝血激酶時(shí)間（APTT）、凝血酶時(shí)間（TT）和纖維蛋白原（FIB）含量。與對(duì)照組30例比較。同時(shí)比較在肝硬化不同Child-Pugh分級(jí)狀態(tài)時(shí)這7項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較，肝硬化組GGT、TBA血清含量明顯升高，PT、APTT、TT時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)，而CHE、FIB
2、血清含量明顯下降，差異均有顯著性（P<0.001），且在不同肝功能分級(jí)時(shí)，各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05或P<0.01或P<0.001）。結(jié)論肝硬化患者GGT、CHE、TBA、PT、APTT、FIB、TT值與正常對(duì)照組比較存在明顯差異，且不同肝功能分級(jí)的上述指標(biāo)變化相異，故聯(lián)合檢測(cè)上述各值可為臨床評(píng)價(jià)肝硬化患者的肝功能及預(yù)后提供客觀依據(jù)。【關(guān)鍵詞】肝硬化child分級(jí)γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶膽堿酯酶總膽汁酸凝血功能EVALUATIONOFLIVERFUNCTIONCHILD-PUGHCLASSIFICATIONBYSERU
