1、發(fā)電機能效提升計劃為貫徹黨的十八大提出大力推進生態(tài)文明建設精神，著力推進綠色發(fā)展、循環(huán)發(fā)展、低碳發(fā)展，形成節(jié)約資源和保護環(huán)境的空間格局、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構、生產(chǎn)方式、生活方式，工業(yè)和信息化部結合工作實際和現(xiàn)有基礎，選擇電機作為重點領域，聯(lián)合國家質量監(jiān)督檢驗檢疫總局下發(fā)了《關于組織實施電機能效提升計劃（2013-2015年）的通知》，明確了電機能效提升計劃的總體思路，提出了具體目標、主要任務和保障措施，并對各地推廣高效電機提出了具體要求。電機能效提升計劃得到了地方工信系統(tǒng)積極響應，山西、廣東、云南、上海、武漢等劃片舉辦電機
2、能效提升計劃培訓班，為了厘清電機能效提升的思路，明確工作重點，部分省市對本地區(qū)電機生產(chǎn)和應用現(xiàn)狀進行了全面調研，起草提升電機能效調研報告，提出了采用“擴、淘、改、再、研”等工作措施及建立激勵與約束相結合的保障機制等舉措，全面提升電機能效；為了加快高效電機的推廣應用，培育高效電機再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)，部分省市出臺了加快高效電機推廣促進高效電機再制造實施細則，明確了高效電機推廣任務下達部門、舊電機回收主體資格的認定和監(jiān)管程序、再制造高效電機推廣目錄的發(fā)布部門、地方財政補貼資金審核程序等。ofwork,relationship
