6、e,noncoalmine市各位委員，同志們：今天會(huì)議的主要任務(wù)是：總結(jié)去年工作，部署今年工作，為我市科協(xié)事業(yè)“十二五”期間的發(fā)展奠定良好開(kāi)局。下面我受本屆常委會(huì)的委托，向大會(huì)作工作報(bào)告，請(qǐng)各位委員審議，請(qǐng)列席會(huì)議的同志提出意見(jiàn)。2010年工作回顧2010年，在市委、市政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，在省科協(xié)的指導(dǎo)下，市科協(xié)全面貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，緊緊依靠廣大科技工作者，圍繞中心、服務(wù)大局，銳意進(jìn)取、求實(shí)創(chuàng)新，為促進(jìn)我市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)又好又快發(fā)展做出了應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)。一、凸顯橋梁紐帶優(yōu)勢(shì)，促進(jìn)科技向現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)化1、進(jìn)一步深入開(kāi)展“講理想、比
7、貢獻(xiàn)”活動(dòng)。去年全市共有23家企業(yè)，1.3萬(wàn)多名科技工作者參加了“講、比”活動(dòng)，共完成“講、比”項(xiàng)目1.1萬(wàn)多個(gè)，提出合理化建議近萬(wàn)條，其中被企業(yè)采納6950條。在2010年全國(guó)“講、比”活動(dòng)表彰大會(huì)上，本鋼科協(xié)第十一次獲得全國(guó)先進(jìn)集體稱(chēng)號(hào)，為我市在全省甚至全國(guó)科協(xié)系統(tǒng)豎起了一面旗幟。同時(shí)，市科協(xié)榮獲了2010年省科協(xié)“講、比”活動(dòng)先進(jìn)集體稱(chēng)號(hào)。2、成立我市“院士專(zhuān)家工作站籌備委員會(huì)”。為推動(dòng)“人才強(qiáng)市”戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施，為本溪支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供高端人才保證，我們向市委建議在本鋼公司建立“院士專(zhuān)家工作站”。該建議得到了市人
8、才辦、市委組織部的高度重視和大力支持，被列入2010年市人才工作重點(diǎn)工作任務(wù)之一。目前市委人才辦已經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)成立“院士專(zhuān)家工作站籌備委員會(huì)”，同時(shí)從人才工作專(zhuān)項(xiàng)基金中為市科協(xié)撥付“建站”專(zhuān)項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi)5萬(wàn)元，明確由市科協(xié)牽頭主辦，本鋼公司科協(xié)具體承辦，共同籌備本溪市首家“院士專(zhuān)家工作站”的啟動(dòng)工作。3、“金橋”工程扎實(shí)運(yùn)行，獲得獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。全年“金橋”工程共完成立項(xiàng)14項(xiàng)，其中省級(jí)立項(xiàng)1
