2、期5h開(kāi)始雌雄蛾交配率明顯上升,并且在暗周期6.5~7h達(dá)到交配高峰期;不同日齡成蟲(chóng)的交配率不同,以2~3日齡的成蟲(chóng)交配率較高,高峰期交配率達(dá)到43%;樟巢螟雌雄蛾的交配行為依時(shí)間順序可以分為預(yù)交配期和成功交配期2個(gè)過(guò)程。雌雄蛾間的交配主要發(fā)生在暗周期5~9h。雌蛾產(chǎn)卵全程都在暗周期內(nèi),交配后第1天有少許雌蛾開(kāi)始產(chǎn)卵,第2天產(chǎn)卵雌蛾開(kāi)始大量增加,第3天時(shí)達(dá)產(chǎn)卵高峰,而第4天產(chǎn)卵量急劇下降,其中在第2天和第3天達(dá)到產(chǎn)卵總數(shù)的84%;室內(nèi)條件下卵塊為2~3層的層堆,每卵塊平均47.6粒。雌雄蛾的交配率及雌蟲(chóng)產(chǎn)卵量和蟲(chóng)齡有著顯著的曲線相關(guān)性。關(guān)鍵詞:樟巢螟成蟲(chóng);交配行為;產(chǎn)卵行為中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):S
