2、,的含量、用質(zhì)量法計算人參皂苷得率。結(jié)果提取工藝:取人參葉粗段,加入12倍原藥材量的50%乙醇,采用熱回流法提取2次,每次提取2h。純化工藝:選擇DIOI大孔吸附樹脂(4cmxl6cm,柱體積140mL,死體積30mL)進行樹脂動態(tài)吸附性能考察。上樣濃度為相當(dāng)于原藥材0.4g·mL~,最大上樣量為160mL,吸附流速為1.5BV·h一,上樣吸附后,分別用6BV的水、40%乙醇、95%乙醇洗脫,加%乙醇的洗脫部位合并,減壓濃縮、干燥,即得提取物。結(jié)論該提取工藝簡便易行,可用于人參葉中人參皂苷的提取純化。[關(guān)鍵詞]人參葉;大孔吸附樹脂;制備工藝[中圖分類
