1、沈陽(yáng)理工大學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì)專用紙摘 要機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程設(shè)計(jì)是我們大學(xué)眾多課程設(shè)計(jì)中的一個(gè),每次課程設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)有著很大的幫助。這次設(shè)計(jì)花費(fèi)了兩周半的時(shí)間,而此次主要的設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象是手柄座,需要畫(huà)零件圖、毛坯圖、裝配圖各一張,等等。要很好的設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái),首先我們要熟悉零件,題目所給的零件是手柄座。首先了解了手柄座的作用,接下來(lái)根據(jù)零件的性質(zhì)和零件圖上各端面的粗糙度確定毛坯的尺寸和機(jī)械加工余量。然后我們?cè)俑鶕?jù)定位基準(zhǔn)確定好粗基準(zhǔn)和精基準(zhǔn),最后擬定手柄座的工藝路線圖,制定該工件的夾緊方案,畫(huà)出夾具裝配圖。沈陽(yáng)理工大學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì)專用紙AbstractThecoursed
