2、物,最后一次運動后即刻取樣測定各組小鼠海馬MDA、T—AOC及游泳至力竭的時間。結(jié)果:一次力竭游泳后,運動組小鼠海馬MDA含量顯著增高(P<0.01),T~AOC顯著下降(P<0.01);各服藥組小鼠海馬MDA含量明顯低于運動組(P<0.05).T—AOC顯著高于運動組(P<0.01);各服藥組小鼠游泳至力竭的時間明顯延長(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:小鼠在進(jìn)行一次力竭運動后,海馬內(nèi)脂質(zhì)過氧化水平升高,總抗氧化能力下降;服用北冬蟲夏草、遼東槐木及人參能夠降低力竭游泳小鼠海馬脂質(zhì)過氧化水平。提高總抗氧化能力,并延緩疲勞的發(fā)生。關(guān)鍵詞:藥物;一次力竭游泳;海馬;自由基中圖分類號:G804.5文獻(xiàn)
