1、拉深件成形復(fù)合模具設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)：機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化學(xué)生：指導(dǎo)教師：完成日期：2012年5月23日機(jī)械工程學(xué)院中文摘要模具工業(yè)是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)，是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速健康發(fā)展起著支柱的作用。發(fā)展世界領(lǐng)先的模具加工制造技術(shù)和擴(kuò)大模具工業(yè)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的一個(gè)推動(dòng)點(diǎn)之一。模具工業(yè)在現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的作用日益受到了人們的廣泛關(guān)注，越來(lái)越多的行業(yè)都日益把業(yè)務(wù)延伸到模具上來(lái)。例如現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)中的汽車(chē)、飛機(jī)、高速列車(chē)制造、建筑設(shè)備、電器、五金等各類各行業(yè)幾乎都相應(yīng)地派生出了自己專門(mén)的模具生產(chǎn)部門(mén)，建立了相
2、應(yīng)的行業(yè)模具生產(chǎn)制造基地。模具工業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展，起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。本課題設(shè)計(jì)就是在AutoCAD平臺(tái)上對(duì)落料拉深脹形切邊復(fù)合模和斜楔式?jīng)_孔模具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)及二維圖形繪制。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中，通過(guò)了解和掌握沖壓模具材料及斜楔式?jīng)_孔模具設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)知識(shí)，主要完成了模具的工作零件、定位零件、導(dǎo)向零件和裝配零件的設(shè)計(jì)，并利用AutoCAD軟件進(jìn)行二維圖形及裝配過(guò)程的設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中，掌握了沖壓模具的基本設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程和設(shè)計(jì)要領(lǐng)，并了解了沖壓模具的成型原理，及AutoCAD和三維圖形軟件的實(shí)體建模、裝配建模、制圖基礎(chǔ)、工作過(guò)程圖形設(shè)計(jì)等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的基本操
