1、山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文摘要本文從國(guó)內(nèi)鎂合金壓鑄模CAD/CAE技術(shù)與國(guó)際先進(jìn)技術(shù)水平的差距和急需解決的問題著手,提出了鎂合金壓鑄模集成CAD/CAE的思想,并結(jié)合實(shí)際壓鑄模具設(shè)計(jì)的范例,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鎂合金壓鑄件電機(jī)端蓋體壓鑄模CAD/CAE的集成。從壓鑄過程的數(shù)學(xué)物理模型出發(fā),闡述Anycasting軟件進(jìn)行壓鑄過程數(shù)值模擬的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,并利用Anycasting對(duì)鎂合金電機(jī)端蓋體零件進(jìn)行壓鑄過程流場(chǎng)、溫度場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬,分析鑄件在壓鑄過程中可能出現(xiàn)的缺陷,以此來(lái)指導(dǎo)壓鑄模具澆注排溢系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)?;贏ny
