1、汽輪機(jī)凝汽器銅管結(jié)垢的原因分析與處理摘要能源工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)，經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展與能源穩(wěn)定高效供給是密不可分的，電力工業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的先行產(chǎn)業(yè)，在能源工業(yè)中起著舉足輕重的作用，而凝汽器又是電廠中的重要設(shè)備之一，它的正常運(yùn)行將節(jié)約大量能源。本文針對火力發(fā)電機(jī)組凝汽器結(jié)垢的現(xiàn)狀，通過分析總結(jié)結(jié)垢形態(tài)的形成機(jī)理及環(huán)境因素，提出了有效的防護(hù)方案，從理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)上研究了凝汽器銅管結(jié)垢的內(nèi)在原因。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，該凝汽器銅管的結(jié)垢主要是碳酸鈣結(jié)垢，結(jié)垢的根本原因在于系統(tǒng)所用循環(huán)水質(zhì)問題。選用除垢能力和抗結(jié)垢能力高的凝汽器冷卻管膠球清洗系統(tǒng)可以提高系統(tǒng)的抗結(jié)垢能力，從而在一定程度上解
2、決結(jié)垢腐蝕問題。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,新的防垢除垢技術(shù)不斷推出。本文從凝汽器結(jié)構(gòu)及其作用出發(fā)，分析了凝汽器結(jié)垢的機(jī)理及凝汽器結(jié)垢對機(jī)組熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性的影響，對應(yīng)得出幾種凝汽器的清洗方法。主要有，高壓水射流清洗法、膠球清洗法、靜電水處理法、高頻電磁場水處理法、加酸法、二氧化碳法等。關(guān)鍵詞：凝汽器；結(jié)垢；防垢；機(jī)械清洗；化學(xué)清洗AbstractEnergyindustryisthekeytothedevelopmentofnationaleconomy.Sustainedeconomicdevelopmenthascloserelationshipwithhigh-ef
