1、彭鎮(zhèn)城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境綜合治理簡(jiǎn)報(bào)第5期雙流縣彭鎮(zhèn)城管執(zhí)法隊(duì)二○一一年四月二十一日治理流動(dòng)攤販構(gòu)建和諧鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境綜合治理,打造整潔、優(yōu)美的人居環(huán)境。4月20日上午,由鎮(zhèn)城管執(zhí)法隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)劉福益同志帶隊(duì),出動(dòng)執(zhí)法車2臺(tái),城管協(xié)管員10名,對(duì)彭鎮(zhèn)大眾飯店外的鍋魁攤點(diǎn)、水廠路的小吃攤點(diǎn)、水果攤點(diǎn)以及彭鎮(zhèn)各大學(xué)校周邊、彭鎮(zhèn)商業(yè)街、彭鎮(zhèn)柑梓場(chǎng)鎮(zhèn)等流動(dòng)攤販較集中的區(qū)域開(kāi)展了專項(xiàng)整治行動(dòng)。在整治過(guò)程中,我們的執(zhí)法隊(duì)員都采取步行執(zhí)法的方式,逐一對(duì)各個(gè)流動(dòng)攤販進(jìn)行勸導(dǎo)管理,對(duì)占道經(jīng)營(yíng)的當(dāng)事人進(jìn)行批評(píng)教育,對(duì)情節(jié)嚴(yán)重
2、的當(dāng)事人進(jìn)行了處罰,并重點(diǎn)對(duì)學(xué)校周邊的水果攤販占道經(jīng)營(yíng)、隨意丟棄果皮,影響市容秩序和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生的行為進(jìn)行了查處。共暫扣流動(dòng)攤車2輛,教育處罰10人/次。此次綜合整治行動(dòng),有效地改善了彭鎮(zhèn)兩個(gè)場(chǎng)鎮(zhèn)及學(xué)校周邊市容秩序和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生狀況,并取得了較好的整治成果。he"governingforthepeople","Nomattertheinterestsofthemasses"conceptunderstandingisnotinplace.Thespecificworktreatswiththedeploy
