1、采用晶閘管預(yù)調(diào)整的直流穩(wěn)壓電源電路設(shè)計(jì)采用晶閘管預(yù)調(diào)整的直流穩(wěn)壓電源電路設(shè)計(jì)摘　　要在電子線路的相關(guān)應(yīng)用中，電源是比不可少的部分。直流穩(wěn)壓電源作為直流能量的提供者在各種電子設(shè)備中有著極其重要的地位。它的性能良好與否直接影響到電子產(chǎn)品的精度、穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。采用集成穩(wěn)壓器LM317構(gòu)成的直流穩(wěn)壓電源，具有優(yōu)異的性能、較高的可靠性，低廉的維修費(fèi)用等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。然而，作為功率器件，必須考慮到穩(wěn)壓器的熱功耗。當(dāng)穩(wěn)壓器輸入電壓固定，輸出電壓較小時(shí)，LM317壓降則會(huì)較大。此時(shí)如果輸出較大電流，將導(dǎo)致消耗在穩(wěn)壓器上的功率很大，可能溫升過大，影響LM317正常工作。設(shè)計(jì)采用了晶閘管，實(shí)現(xiàn)對LM317輸入電壓的預(yù)調(diào)
