1、節(jié)能減排與混凝土配合比設計王勇（貴州省建筑材料科學研究設計院，貴州貴陽550002）（貴陽市混凝土協(xié)會，貴州貴陽550002）摘要：本文通過節(jié)能減排與混凝土配合比設計的關系，闡述預拌混凝土企業(yè)在混凝土配合比設計中應在保證混凝土強度及相關性能的同時，盡量減少水泥用量，摻入混凝土礦物摻和料，使用建筑垃圾再生骨料，生產(chǎn)綠色高性能混凝土，為我國節(jié)能減排和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟做貢獻；同時，針對行業(yè)內普遍存在的所謂“陰陽混凝土配合比”問題進行了分析和探討。關鍵詞：節(jié)能減排；混凝土配合比設計；綠色高性能混凝土；循環(huán)經(jīng)濟；“陰陽混凝土配合比”中圖分類號:TU528.0文獻標志碼：A文章編號：Concretemi

6、國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟和節(jié)能減排的大政方針。一、節(jié)能減排與混凝土配合比設計節(jié)能減排是我國國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的大政方針。2009年溫總理在哥本哈根大會上鄭重承諾到2020年單位國內生產(chǎn)總值二氧化碳排放比2005年下降40～45%，并將減排目標作為約束性指標納入國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的中長期規(guī)劃。我們知道，水泥生產(chǎn)行業(yè)是我國的能耗及二氧化碳排放大戶，平均每燒制一噸水泥熟料，需要l78kg左右的標準煤，排放出近1噸的CO2。按照1立方米混凝土大致需要0.4噸水泥，1噸水泥大致需要0.75噸水泥熟料計算，我國每年生產(chǎn)混凝土近30億立方米，所需的水泥近10億噸，需要燃燒標準煤近1.8億噸，直接產(chǎn)生的CO2排放近9億
