2、應(yīng),分別是NaFe3(SO4)2(OH)6和Fe2(SO4)3的分解,800℃后的焙燒產(chǎn)物主要是ZnO·Fe2O3和Fe2O3;采用Kissinger法和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法計算出鐵礬渣在350~450℃和630~800℃范圍內(nèi)兩個分解反應(yīng)的表觀活化能分別為150、170kJ/mol,兩個反應(yīng)均受界面化學(xué)反應(yīng)控制,反應(yīng)的機(jī)理函數(shù)G(α)分別為1-(1-α)1/3和1-(1-α)1/2。焙燒脫硫結(jié)果表明,在中性氣氛、溫度1300℃、焙燒時間20min、氣體流量0.4m3/h的條件下,
