1、村級財務報賬學習資料一、票據(jù)發(fā)票是從事生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營的企事業(yè)單位和個人，以其在銷售商品或提供應稅勞務及從事其他經(jīng)營活動時取得的應稅收入為對象，向付款方開具的收款憑證。發(fā)票在我國社會經(jīng)濟活動中具有極其重要的意義和作用。1.發(fā)票具有合法性、真實性、統(tǒng)一性、及時性等特征，是最基本的會計原始憑證之一；2.發(fā)票是記錄經(jīng)濟活動內(nèi)容的載體，是財管理的重要工具；3.發(fā)票是稅務機關(guān)控制稅源，征收稅款的重要依據(jù)；4.發(fā)票是國家監(jiān)督經(jīng)濟活動，維護經(jīng)濟秩序，保護國家財產(chǎn)安全的重要手段。發(fā)票一般包括：票頭、字軌號碼、聯(lián)次及用途、客戶名稱、銀行開戶帳號、商（產(chǎn)）
2、品名稱或經(jīng)營項目、計量單位、數(shù)量、單價、金額，以及大小寫金額、經(jīng)手人、單位印章、開票日期等。實行增值稅的單位所使用的增值稅專用發(fā)票還應有稅種、稅率、稅額等內(nèi)容。1993年1月1日全國實行統(tǒng)一發(fā)票后，發(fā)票聯(lián)必須套?。骸鞍l(fā)票監(jiān)制章”，統(tǒng)一后的“發(fā)票監(jiān)制章”形狀為橢圓形，規(guī)管長軸為3厘米，短軸為2厘米，邊寬0.1厘米，內(nèi)環(huán)加一細線。上環(huán)刻制“全國統(tǒng)一發(fā)票監(jiān)制章”字樣，下環(huán)刻有“稅務局監(jiān)制”字樣，中間刻制監(jiān)制稅務機關(guān)所在地省（市、區(qū)）、市（縣）的全稱或簡稱，字體為正楷，印色為大紅色，套印在發(fā)票聯(lián)票頭中央。beconsistentwithi
