1、作物學(xué)報(bào),2005,12:1593-1599小麥葉片水分利用效率及相關(guān)生理性狀的關(guān)系研究張娟1,2張正斌1,*謝惠民2,*董寶娣1胡夢(mèng)蕓1徐萍1(1中國(guó)科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所農(nóng)業(yè)資源研究中心,河北石家莊0500212西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué),陜西楊凌712100)摘要:利用19個(gè)抗旱性不同的小麥品種,對(duì)干旱狀態(tài)下葉片水分利用效率和光合速率、蒸騰速率等12個(gè)指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,葉片水分利用效率與葉片光合速率、蒸騰速率、氣孔導(dǎo)度、胞間二氧化碳濃度、水勢(shì)和葉片離體失水速率之間的關(guān)系密切,說(shuō)明這些生理性狀是瞬間和短時(shí)期葉片水分利用效率的直接影響因素;而與葉片抗氧化酶活性、蠟

7、ond,Ci,ΨwandRWL,sothatthesixtraitswereconsideredtobethedirectinfluencefactorstoinstantaneousleafWUEtowhichmoreattentionshouldbepaidinwheatbreeding.TherewereinsignificantcorrelationsbetweenleafWUEandotherfourtraitsincludinganti-oxidativeenzyme
